(channel members only) Instructors can receive notifications for students who did not submit graded assignments or quizzes after the due dates.
Enable Notifications
Instructors can view and modify notification settings from their account settings dropdown.
Under My Courses notifications, Non-submission Alert is set to Never by default. Please note that this setting applies to all of your assignments or quizzes that are for graded with due dates only.
Once you select to receive both web push notifications and email notifications, you will receive notifications based on the frequency you defined. (Please note that for the immediate frequency option, there might be a one-hour delay)
Web Push Notifications
Instructors will receive notifications through Notifications on CN.
The number of students who did not submit on time will be given, and by click will take you to view detailed data.
By clicking the non-submission student number, instructors will be taken to the corresponding assignment/quiz grading page, where all student data will be shown. This page will help identify which students have not submitted with an empty submission.
From here, you can message students based on different criteria: (i.e., students who have not submitted this assignment/quiz).
Email Notifications
You will receive a similar email in your email inbox as well.
