Link to anther activity of the same course (Pathway LMS)

When creating a Pathway course, if you need to refer to another activity in the same course, you may follow the steps below to set up the link. The link will be automatically updated in the new course after copy course or import activities. 

Step1: highlight some text in the activity description to build the link. Then, click the link icon from the toolbar. 

Step2: In this pop-up, 1. select the "Another Activity" tab, 2. search the target activity by typing its name. Typically, a few characters will help find the activity, 3. click to select the target activity, 4. click OK. 

Step3: now you see the selected text has turned into a link. Save the activity. When students click this link, it will open the target activity in a new window. 

Please note that when the entire course is copied or when the activities are imported into another course, this link will be automatically updated. However, If the linked activity is missing in the new course or not being imported at the same time, users will be taken to the activity in the original course.
