We understand that teaching and learning data is critical for institutions to make strategic decisions. In November 2021, we added an easy-to-view institution-level data dashboard to CN Channel. All CN licensing institutions can view this data dashboard from the Reports & Analytics tab. This dashboard is the default view of Reports & Analytics.
There are several data graphs on this dashboard. This article will review each of them.
At the top are two graphs about logins. The first shows the number of CN logins from your institution in the past 7 days. If your Channel has set up user labels, the top 3 most active user labels are shown at the bottom (see 1).
The graph on the right shows total logins and unique logins of the last 7 days, last 30 days, and last 60 days. Last 7 days is the default (see 2). You can switch between these time frame filters.
In the middle, there are two graphs: the left one is logins by device, the right one has various activity data. Again, you are able to view data of the last 7 days, last 30 days, and last 60 days. Last 7 days is the default (see 1). You can switch between these time frame filters.
The activity graph allows you to switch between activities using the tabs on the top (see 2).
The Active Courses table list 10 ongoing courses of your Channel. By default, the table is sorted based on average Anar Seeds, with the highest on the top. You can use the arrow icons to sort the table based on other factors.
At the bottom are the Most Active Members and Top Awarded (Institution) Badges. You may filter the Most Active Members by user labels (see 1). For the top awarded institution badges, you can hover over each bar to look at the awarding details.
CN will continue to improve this data dashboard. If you have any feedback or questions, feel free to contact help@thecn.com.
