Coupons Form

• Click CREATE COUPON to open the coupon form. Coupon Codes must be unique and are automatically made all caps.
• Discounts can either be given as a percentage or a fixed amount.
• If Percent is selected, the gray box in the Amount Off box will show “%”. If Fixed Amount is selected, the gray box will show “US Dollar”.
• Coupons can either be applied to all courses within the institution or to an individual course.
  

• If individual course is selected, show an input for the admin to search for and select a course.
  

• Then select the date and time that the coupon expires. Users will no longer be able to use this coupon past the selected date.

Coupons Table

All the coupons that have been created will show up in a table below the form. You can edit or delete coupons from the Actions column.

User Status-Based Promotion

User Status-Based Promotion is to promote a status to users who aren't that status. So if you'd want your Alumni and External users to perform some action so that they can become an Active user, you can use this function.

Using the example from above, you would select Active from the "Promote the Price of This Status" dropdown. Then on the fields for Alumni, Parent, External, or Non-channel member fill out the language and then enter the links you want the users to visit. For example, this link could take the user to a page where they can become a member of the institution.
