Manage Course/Network Menu

The left menu on the Home page displays your courses and networks, grouped by institutions. Your personal courses and networks are also available here.

The header of each section displays the name of the institution with the institution’s logo. Below the header is your main institution network.

On this menu, courses have a square logo, Networks have a circle logo.

Clicking on the chevron (arrow) icon will collapse or expand the section.

Clicking on the pencil icon at the top will let you edit the course/network menu.

The Edit Course/Network Menu page (see screenshot below) allows you to decide how you want the content to appear in the left menu.

You can reorder the institutions by clicking and dragging from the nine-block icon in front of the institution’s name. You can also reorder courses and networks by using the arrows on the right side.

Please note that main institution networks cannot be reordered. They always stay at the top of the list.

To the right of each institution name is a chevron (arrow) icon used to collapse or expand each section. This can be used to make it easier to reorder the institution sections.

In the upper-right corner of each section are three icons: an eye icon and two arrow icons.

• Clicking the eye icon will hide the institution section from the left menu completely. A section is hidden once the eye icon has a line through it. Click it again to unhide it from the menu.
  
  
• Clicking either of the arrow icons allow you to move that section up or down one spot. You can use these icons to reorder the sections without having to click and drag. 

After editing the list, remember to click the blue SAVE button on top of the page. You will see the changes being applied immediately to the left menu.
