Recently, some users experienced difficulties accessing CN Post from IU Canvas. This is caused by an email address change in IU Canvas. Canvas records each user’s university email address(es). CN uses the recorded primary email as an identifier to create CN accounts. Recently some users’ primary email got changed (for example changed from XYZ@iupui.edu to XYZ@iu.edu) in Canvas. So, when these users click through Canvas to CN Post, this page shows:
If you know the password of your existing CN account, enter it and click LINK ACCOUNT.
If you don’t know your CN password, click Forgot Password to reset password:
Whenever you need assistance, please contact email@example.com.
After linking accounts, you should be taking into CN Post. From this point on, the click-through process should go back to normal.
